We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and BACS bank transfers through our secure online payment gateway. Ordering online is quick, easy, and secure.

Delivery & Returns
How much does delivery cost?
- Orders up to £499.99: £45.00 (excluding specific geographical areas below)
- Orders over £500: Free of charge (excluding specific geographical areas below)
- Highlands and Islands: £75 for small orders (48/72 hr delivery)
- Northern Ireland: POA
- The Channel Isles: POA (48/72 hr delivery)
How long does delivery take?
- Primed (unpainted) goods: Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched the next working day.
- Black cast iron rainwater goods: Painted and dispatched within 2-3 days.
- Current live lead times are displayed on the website.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm (no weekend or bank holiday deliveries).
- Bespoke and specially manufactured items may vary.
- We aim to use overnight carriers unless otherwise specified.
Can I return items if I change my mind?
Yes, we accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return costs, and all returns must be logged via our returns email within this period.

How many fascia brackets do I need for my cast iron guttering?
We recommend two fascia brackets per 1.8m (6ft) gutter length, spaced 900mm apart for optimal support.
How do cast iron gutters fit together?
Each gutter has a male and female end, which are joined using nuts, bolts, and washers. These are included with your guttering order.
Do I need to buy nuts, bolts, and washers separately?
No, all necessary nuts, bolts, and washers are included with your guttering purchase.
How are gutters and brackets attached to fascia boards?
We offer a small selection of screws and nails on our website, but due to varying installation requirements, you may need to source additional fixings separately.
How do cast iron downpipes fit together?
Downpipes have male and female ends that slot together. We recommend using a sealant, available on our website, to ensure a secure and weatherproof connection.
Do rise and fall bracket nails/spikes come painted?
No, nails and spikes are supplied unpainted for better grip during installation. They should be painted during or after installation for durability. Cast iron gutter brackets are supplied painted.
